Sunday, May 15, 2016 (Walk for Israel)
Chris was privileged to be able to demonstrate his strong support for Israel, by participating in the “Walk for Israel”. There was a great speaker prior to the walk commencing and Chris was able to get his photo with some of the organizers and Mike Goetz, who is running for Oakland County Prosecutor. Strangely absent was the incumbent of the 9th District. Maybe he was trying to avoid explaining his vote on the Iran Deal.

Chris travelled to Lansing for a challenge against Sander Levin’s Nominating Petitions. While it did not turn out in favor for Michigan Voters, Chris was complimented by some members of the Board of State Canvassers in bringing up important points within Michigan Election Law which can lead to fraud. Below are some photos of Chris and his wife in front of the beautiful State Capitol Building.

Chris spoke at the 9th District Caucus during the Republican State Convention. He even was able to spend some time with delegates and people who helped make the Convention such a success.
Friday, April 8, 2016 (2 pm)
Chris travelled to Lansing, Michigan and personally filed to be the Republican Candidate for the United States House of Representatives’ 9th District. Over 1500 registered voters throughout the 9th District were willing to provide him the opportunity to appear on the August 2nd, 2016 Ballot. Leading up to this important date, Chris strived to provide face time with 9th District Constituents whenever possible, personally gathering signatures alongside his dedicated volunteers. On days the volunteers were out collecting, so was Chris! Chris never tasks someone a job he himself would not do too. Chris thinks this process is important to ensure a Representative “never forgets” where they come from and who the Representative is supposed to serve.

Chris and his wife Jennifer spent several hours in front of the Royal Oak Farmer’s Market and the Bloomfield Township Library collecting signatures and meeting constituents. It was refreshing talking to constituents their concerns and what mattered to them. One gentleman, Mark, challenged Chris about Sander Levin’s opposition for the Iran Nuclear Deal. Mark had heard Sander Levin give a speech the Jewish Community promising to oppose the Iran Nuclear Deal. Chris listened, and then looked up Sander Levin’s website statement which explained why he had voted for the Iran Nuclear Deal (7/28/20015 statement). Based on the facts provided you can see how a constituent can feel betrayed when a politician says one thing, then does another.
Sander Levin’s vote is clearly recorded for the Iran Nuclear Deal as a “Yea” in House Roll Call Vote 493 for HR 3461, found at: http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2015/roll493.xml.

Chris spent some time out in front of Mt. Clemens Public Library collecting signatures and meeting constituents. He had a great conversation with a gentlemen named Derrick. Derrick expressed concern over the local education system and the government interference which occurs in teaching our children. A great conversation on a precious issue which involves each child in our nation.

Chris braved the 15 degree weather and was standing in front of Bloomfield Township Library talking to constituents and collecting petition signatures. While some people rushed into the warmth of the library, a few joined him for a brief conversation and signature prior to going on their daily business. The time and patience of these constituents is always appreciated.
