The Affordable Care Act

Repeal and Replace the Affordable Care Act

  • The Affordable Care Act is shoddy legislation which burdens people and the economy.  The only parts worth keeping are the changes to pre-existing conditions and the ability of a college student to remain on their parents’ insurance plan until age 26.  The rest needs to be repealed and replaced with the additional requirement of health insurance being able to be sold across state lines.  However, no repeal should occur until a replacement has been presented.
